As a CEO, he was widely recognized for his culture driven leadership and performance, knowing that investing in people, drives better performance. Chad was the CEO of one of the largest venture backed online grocery companies in the country, having raised tens of millions in venture and private equity capital and has facilitated multiple mergers and acquisitions. As a values driven leader, he's also been an executive director in the nonprofit sector and is an active mentor with Techstars Boulder, Techstars Sustainability with the Nature Conservancy, and the Techstars Workforce program supporting the development of founders and growth of entrepreneurship.
