Coaching

for Leaders, Executives, and ... Everyone

My goal as a coach is is to help you achieve excellence by envisioning, practicing, and living into your potential. Whether you're a CEO, founder, manager, team member, or running a household, there's no one that knows your story better than you. So there's no more effective approach than building on your capacity to make the right decision in the right moment.

When we are engaged personally, we can perform professionally

Capacity + Capability + Context = Potential

What will I get out of coaching?

Leadership

There's no question that good leadership requires skill. Yet, two people can say the same thing: one person you may be ready to follow and the other you're ready to unfollow. Good leadership demands knowing as much about yourself as you do about others; knowing how you show up and how you're perceived. Coaching develops your internal awareness and capacity to be your best self. From that place, you can hone your skills and build toward excellence.

Performance

All too often we see high capacity individuals that aren't performing to their potential. If just laying out expectations was the solution, it's unlikely this would still be an issue. Businesses are made of people and so we need to meet them where they are and make clear the vision for where we need them to be. Coaching helps identify, clarify, and develop in these gaps and put in place practices that enable your high potential employees to deliver on that potential.

Purpose & Fulfillment

How can we have so much and still feel disconnected from ourselves, others or our purpose.? We've all felt what its like to be in our zone of excellence, even if it was fleeting. We can learn to be in that place in all that we do. When we are, we can be extraordinary; building toward better companies, families, relationships and a better world. Coaching can help us return to our essential questions, so we can craft our best answers.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.
-Will Durant

Coaching can happen in many ways, depending on the client and the context; from working through a decision that must be made today, to changing the trajectory of ones life. The following are standard formats that act as a jumping off place to design for your capacity, capability, and context.

How Do I Engage?

Lasting Change

2x Conversations per Month - 6 Months

Change is behaving differently: not just the next time, but all the time. Lasting change starts with the development of our awareness and a better understanding of the unseen drivers of our behavior. If you're seeking to operate at your potential, this may be your path.

By Project

From Vision, to Planning, to Execution

The path to success is never a straight line. When you need to lead through transition, it's good to have people at the table who can help  leaders and their teams understand and take advantage of the extraordinary opportunities that change can present.

I Need Help NOW!

There are moments when we need support, NOW. This is not about a developmental process, but bringing about your internal wisdom and shedding light on the broader context for these most critical moments, to make clearer what must be done.
