How does it work?
A Fractional Executive is different from other external partners in that the role is established as having the same or very similar responsibilities as an employee; such as responsibility for a P&L, participation on teams, employee management, internal communications, reporting responsibilities, etc. A Fractional Executive drops into an existing role or lays the groundwork for a future role inside your company without having to commit to the full time role or a specific individual that will hold the role in the future.

Given the temporary and transitional nature of the role, a Fractional Executive can be full or part-time; taking on all the responsibilities of the role or just the critical activities through a transitional period.
